We work exclusively with locally owned and locally staffed suppliers wherever possible. Every guide we employ is a Nepali national paid a fair wage with proper contracts. We support wildlife conservation programmes in the national parks we visit, buy from local communities and route tourism revenue back into the regions we take travellers through. Responsible tourism is not a marketing statement for us – it is how we actually operate.
